Shipping
Shipping for Canadian (Domestic) Orders
Domestic orders for in-stock products are processed within 72 hours. Modern Life will ship your purchase via Federal Express, UPS, or Canada Post within 14 days. Shipping periods will vary depending on location.
Shipping for US (International) Orders
All international orders will be shipped using the most cost effective method. The shipping fee for international orders does not include additional taxes, duties and brokerage fees. An estimate for these additional fees will be emailed to the "Bill To" contact within 48 hours. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns or Exchanges are accepted for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that all Return and Exchanges are in the original packaging and in original quality. In a Return or Exchange situation, the customer must pay all shipping costs. All clearance sales are final, with no returns, refunds, or credits.

What should I do if I forget my password?

How do I track my order?
When we ship your order, we will email the tracking number to you to indicate that the order has been shipped. FedEx packages can be tracked at www.fedex.com and UPS packages can be tracked at www.ups.com.
How do I create a Gallery in My Gallery?
In order to create a Gallery of products you must first register with us. After signing in, you will be able to add products that you like to your gallery as you browse. When you click on “My Gallery” you can then view all of the items that you have added to your Gallery.
